DETAILS
Wild Harvest Coffee
Our Wild Harvest Coffee is gathered from naturally growing coffee trees found in village gardens and forest edges across Vanuatu. These trees grow slowly in rich volcanic soil and tropical shade, producing small harvests with deep, natural flavour. The ripe coffee cherries are hand picked, sun dried, and roasted in small batches to preserve their smooth island character.
Wild harvest coffee reflects the land it comes from. The beans develop earthy, chocolate and nutty notes that make a balanced and aromatic cup. Each batch supports local village growers who collect and prepare the beans using simple traditional methods.
