    Pepper Honey Glaze


    Ingredients


    1 teaspoon freshly ground Aore Island black pepper


    2 tablespoons honey


    1 tablespoon soy sauce


    1 tablespoon olive oil


    1 teaspoon grated ginger

    Method


    Mix all ingredients in a bowl to form a glaze. Brush over chicken, prawns, or roasted vegetables during the last few minutes of cooking. Finish with a light grind of fresh Aore Island pepper before serving.

    This glaze creates a sweet and peppery finish that works well with grilled meats, seafood, or roasted vegetables.
