Departure

9:00 am from the main jetty

Travel around Aore Island in a traditional local working boat, the same style used daily by island families and fishermen. Cruise past quiet beaches, coconut plantations and small coastal villages while learning about life on the island.

Island Stop & Local home visit

Visit a home along the coast where you will meet local families and experience everyday island life. Sit with the locals while they share stories about their lifestyle, fishing traditions and the history of the island.

Traditional Island Lunch

Enjoy a simple but delicious local meal prepared in traditional style at a beach house.

The menu may include:

• Fresh fish or island dishes
• Lap Lap cooked in earth oven
• Seasonal tropical fruit
• Fresh coconut

While the food is prepared, relax under the shade of the trees and watch the traditional cooking process.

Swimming & Snorkelling

After lunch, enjoy time to:

• Swim in clear tropical water
• Snorkel along the reef
• Walk along quiet beaches

Return Journey

Cruise back along the coastline and return to the jetty at 3:00 pm.
