Fine Ground Black Pepper – 50g

A smooth and aromatic fine ground black pepper made from single-origin pepper grown on Aore Island, Vanuatu. The pepper vines are cultivated on our plantation using traditional island farming methods and harvested in small batches to preserve their natural oils and rich flavour.

The plantation works alongside local horticultural knowledge from Malo Island, helping maintain strong vines and healthy crops using traditional Melanesian farming practices.

After harvest the peppercorns are sun dried and carefully ground to produce a fine texture that blends easily into everyday cooking.

This pepper delivers a warm, balanced heat that enhances soups, sauces, eggs, vegetables, meats, and seafood.
